Technical Program Manager (II) [210700]

We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead complex programs from conception to completion, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Author program charters outlining scope, timelines, objectives, key results, resourcing, and risks.

Develop detailed project plans, segmenting projects into phases and communicating constraints.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making and optimize team roles.

Manage program escalations and resolve technical issues across teams.

Design and deliver stakeholder‑specific communication plans.

Represent the program team across touchpoints and engagements.

Execute change‑management requirements and develop rollout plans with impact analysis.

Monitor change‑management rollouts and address misalignments.

Collect data to govern programs and maintain project trackers and status reports.

Define governance structures, including mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.

Drive effective program meetings and establish regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics.

Determine program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and resource stewardship.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in team, communications, change, stakeholder, planning, technical judgment, execution, governance, portfolio management and continuous improvement.
