You will be the primary point of contact for Polish‑speaking players, assisting them with account management, technical issues, and gameplay‑related inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality player support to Polish‑speaking customers through email and chat communication channels

Assist players with account‑related queries, technical problems, and game‑related questions

Ensure timely and effective resolution of player issues to promote player satisfaction and retention

Document player interactions and feedback accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services

Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the overall gaming experience

Stay updated on Riot Games' titles, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (oral and written); proficiency in English is considered an advantage

Previous experience in a customer or player support role, preferably within the gaming industry

Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' products

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
