Digital Growth & Monetization Specialist — Remote

KWBU 103.3 FM Waco's NPR Station is seeking a tech-native part-time specialist to expand its digital presence. This role involves coordinating website content, managing social media, and developing digital monetization strategies.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or web management and will work 20–25 hours per week at $20-25/hour. Flexible scheduling, PTO accrual, and potential for full-time employment after 6-12 months are offered.
