We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven

Marketing Manager

to take ownership of our company's marketing efforts and help elevate our brand across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is confident making decisions and driving projects from concept to completion.

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate results. We are looking for someone who brings new ideas to the table, identifies opportunities for growth, and takes initiative to make things happen while remaining a collaborative and valued member of our team.

This individual will play a key role in shaping the company's marketing direction and helping support the continued growth of our real estate portfolio and operations.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Syracuse, NY office.

Advance company’s brand;

Maintain and Grow company’s social media outlets and company’s websites;

Create content from our construction projects

Manage online postings and track statistics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant

Build outreach strategy for acquisitions, Partnerships, Recruiting and Networking.

Work with ownership on different projects

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Marketing preferred

Degree in Marketing or Real Estate majors preferred

Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Develops innovative marketing concepts and strategies
