The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid and organic social media initiatives across multiple company entities. This individual must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram marketing, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage large advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and strategically allocate spend across various campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on investment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across multiple company brands and entities
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook
- Oversee large advertising budgets and strategically allocate funds across campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals
- Monitor campaign KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Produce comprehensive ROI reporting and performance analysis for leadership tea
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign funne
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce acquisition costs
- Collaborate with leadership, admissions, operations, and marketing teams to align campaigns with organizational objectives
- Ensure all campaigns remain compliant with healthcare advertising standards and platform policies
- Stay current on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends
- Assist with organic social media growth and brand awareness initiatives when need
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Prior healthcare marketing experience is required
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Proven track record managing large advertising budgets successfully
- Experience generating and analyzing detailed ROI and performance repo
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion track
- Ability to allocate advertising spend strategically across multiple campaigns and bra
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication ski
- Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-entity organization is highly prefer
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and digital advertising best practices prefer
Preferred Skills
- Google Analytics and conversion tracking experience
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead attribution
- Graphic design or creative direction experience is a plus
- Experience in behavioral healthcare or healthcare services strongly preferred
