For individuals who demonstrate consistent production and business development success, Kingsgate offers a direct path to Independent Agent status with commission payouts of 50% gross profit and the opportunity to build a long-term business within the Kingsgate Logistics platform.

What You'll Do
• Develop new shipper relationships
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio
• Sell truckload, LTL, expedited, and transportation solutions
• Operate a cradle to grave operation
• Grow revenue through long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, brokerage, carrier sales, operations, account management, or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Desire to build a book of business and grow income through performance
• Proven work ethic and accountability
