SharePoint Online Developer / Consultant

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365 / Microsoft 365)
Experience designing and building modern SharePoint sites, pages, and document management solutions
Proficiency with Power Automate and workflow automation
Experience with Power Apps forms and business applications
Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, security groups, governance, and content management
Experience migrating content from on-prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Preferred Skills
Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS
Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services
Familiarity with Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell
Financial services or investment banking experience preferred
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions
Create and maintain document management and collaboration portals
Automate business processes using Power Platform tools
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Manage SharePoint governance, security, and user access
Support migrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements
