We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to support high-volume, high-priority talent acquisition across our client’s enterprise and technology functions. In this role, roughly 80% of your time will be spent on candidate identification and qualification, with the remaining 20% split between market research and operational excellence. You will work directly with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality pipeline across 10 or more concurrent critical searches.

Responsibilities

Candidate Identification & Qualification (80%)

Identify, prospect, and present shortlists of exceptional candidates to Talent Partners
Manage concurrent sourcing across 10+ critical searches at various stages of the recruiting cycle
Engage passive candidates with confidence, articulating our market position and opportunity
Maintain an all-the-time recruiting posture — building pipeline continuously, not reactively
Market and advertise roles across external job sites, blogs, user groups, and social platforms

Business Acumen & Market Research (10%)

Work cross-functionally to develop depth of knowledge about our business and talent landscape
Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers backed by competitive market data
Network with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends and candidate availability

Operational Excellence (10%)

Position the company as an employer of choice relative to the competition
Handle multiple competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain data hygiene and process discipline across all assigned searches

Qualifications

0–3+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or recruiting; full-cycle experience preferred but not required
Confident networker with the xsgimln ability to build relationships with passive candidates and professional organizations
Strong business acumen and current knowledge of market trends and sourcing technologies
Comfortable overcoming objections and handling rejection with composure
Intellectually curious — asks the right questions and drives toward accurate answers
Calm under pressure with a flexible, positive approach to shifting priorities
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Current with social technologies and best practices in candidate sourcing

Compensation

$53.00–$63.38/hr (W2-Non-Exempt)
