About the Role
The Sourcer is an entry-level role that supports ATR’s recruiting team by finding and engaging potential candidates for open positions. You will search for talent, conduct brief screenings, and share qualified candidates with Recruiters to help keep the hiring process moving quickly.
Responsibilities
Search for candidates using job boards, online platforms, and resume databases
Build basic pipelines for frequently recruited roles
Conduct short initial screenings to confirm interest, skills, and availability
Update candidate information in ATR’s ATS/CRM
Communicate regularly with Recruiters about priorities and progress
Qualifications
Strong communication and organization skills
Interest in recruiting, staffing, or HR
Ability to learn online sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
