This role is responsible for building relationships with prospective members, assessing their needs, preparing effective proposals and presentations, and finding creative solutions for members. Responsibilities
Drive business development process from prospecting, proposal development, to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage the CRM pipeline and update sales activities
Maintain industry knowledge and stay informed of the organization's solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; business, marketing, or related field preferred
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience in associations and/or professional services strongly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MS Office proficiency
CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000 annually + Bonus Structure
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
