Role Description
The Associate Agent Insurance Producer will be responsible for providing personalized insurance and financial services to clients, fostering strong relationships, and identifying coverage solutions to meet varied client needs. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on insurance requirements, customizing insurance plans, building a client base, and generating leads to grow the business. The role also entails engaging in strategic sales initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor for insurance solutions. This position is based in Olathe, KS and offers a hybrid working model, allowing some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage

Finance-related knowledge and an understanding of financial services

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance or financial services are beneficial

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
