ENC Mobile, a division of Megatel Netcom Corp., is a fast-growing telecommunications company specializing in MVNO and IoT solutions. We partner with major U.S. carriers to deliver flexible and competitive mobile services nationwide.
We are expanding rapidly across the Western United States and are seeking a highly sales-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our telecom channel growth.
Position Overview
This role focuses on Telecom Channel Sales / MVNO channel expansion and is responsible for developing and scaling retail, prepaid wireless dealer, and distribution partnerships across the Western region (CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, etc.).
This is a performance-driven (sales-driven) role with direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard new MVNO channel partners, including prepaid wireless dealers and distributors
Revenue Growth: Drive partner revenue and activation performance aligned with company targets
Partner Lifecycle Management: Lead outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and launch execution
Relationship Management: Maintain strong partner relationships to maximize long-term revenue contribution
Sales Enablement: Provide product training, marketing support, and sales tools to partners
Performance Management: Monitor partner KPIs and implement improvement strategies
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and market trends in telecom/MVNO space
Compliance: Ensure all partners meet company and carrier compliance requirements
Qualifications
3+ years in Telecom Channel Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Experience in MVNO, prepaid wireless, telecom, or related industries preferred
Proven track record in channel-driven revenue growth
Strong negotiation and partner management skills
Willingness to travel 50–60% across the Western U.S.
Valid driver’s license required
Total Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 (Base + Commission)
Commission Structure: Performance-based, tied to channel revenue contribution (uncapped)
Travel & expense reimbursement (per company policy)
