About The Role
We're seeking a

Tech Lead

to guide the technical direction of our team, ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality from database design to UI. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into technical solutions and driving architectural decisions. This is a hybrid position based in Kraków, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive architecture and technical direction for the team

Translate business needs into technical solutions

Decompose epics into actionable tasks and support sprint planning

Utilize AI tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT in daily workflows

Collaborate directly with PM, QA, mobile teams, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in PHP at scale

Proficiency in React (preferably TypeScript) for real feature delivery

Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and complex queries

Prior Tech Lead experience with architectural decisions and mentoring

Nice to Have

Experience with Flutter or mobile development

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms

DevOps & CI/CD experience (Kubernetes, Docker, CI pipelines)

Background in product-oriented, agile environments

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PLN net on B2B or 16,600 – 20,750 PLN gross on Contract of Employment
