Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Designer- Art Director for a temporary role. The position involves a hybrid work schedule but may require weekend availability. This role will collaborate with a wide range of creative and marketing professionals, including Art Directors, Senior Creative Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing Directors, and Narrative Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams such as Retail Design, Digital Design, Production, and Operations.

Partner with external agencies as part of the Global Brand team.

Develop and execute creative concepts in line with brand objectives.

Ensure all design work maintains a high level of craft and quality.

Communicate design ideas and project status effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with the client's brand or within a similar industry is considered an advantage.
