Now they’re looking for a Creative Strategist focused on Paid Social to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full creative lifecycle for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, from initial concept through final delivery, spanning product launches and growth initiatives.

Partner with growth, creative, and influencer teams to design experiments, analyze performance data, and push creative that consistently drives results without losing the brand’s authentic voice.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse creative formats aligned with Meta and TikTok best practices, supporting weekly launch needs without compromising quality.

Conduct deep persona and audience research to identify new customer segments, unlock new creative territories, and improve campaign targeting.

Stay ahead of platform shifts, cultural trends, and the competitive landscape to keep creative strategy sharp and future‑proof.

Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and elevate output quality.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy in e‑commerce.

Proven track record of developing winning creative concepts that drive measurable performance across paid channels.

Advanced proficiency in Meta and TikTok advertising platforms and creative best practices.

Strong analytical skills balanced with genuine creative instincts and a sharp eye for trends.Experience conducting audience research and translating insights into actionable, high‑performing creative direction.

Nice to Have

Hands‑on experience implementing AI tools into creative workflows.

Background in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments.

2 to 3 days on site per week in Montclair, NJ, US.

You will work at an important makeup brand.
