We are seeking a highly motived Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships to drive strategic, high-impact brand partnerships across our premium content and live media ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for all aspects of
Digital Sales
focused on developing integrated, insight-led solutions that span branded content, social amplification, creator activations, experiential and programmatic media, with a focus on growing existing business and developing new business across the CPG, Retail and Beauty categories. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of how brands engage audiences through storytelling, community, and real-world experiences, while utilizing programmatic media as part of a holistic monetization strategy.
The Work
Develop and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to reach and exceed sales quotas.
Serve as a strategic partner to brands and agencies, advising on audience engagement, cultural relevance and campaign effectiveness.
Cultivate strong relationships at all levels on both the agency and client side of the business to develop supportive SHE Media brand advocates.
Collaborate with content, editorial, creator, marketing, and insights teams to design integrated programs aligned to client objectives and SHE Media’s platforms.
Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through sponsorships, long-term partnerships, and tentpole programs.
Be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups at client and agency meetings, articulately communicating the SHE Media value proposition.
Work closely with all internal specialists including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events and Client Services to create and deliver effective marketing solutions for your clients.
The Fine Print
3–5 years of online advertising sales experience.
Strategic thinker with strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment.
Demonstrated expertise across branded content, social media, influencer/creator and event sales.
Proven ability to build and grow senior-level relationships with brands and agencies.
Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Some traveling is required.

A good faith estimate of the salary range is $125k - $135k upon hire, plus commission.
