Identify and analyze operational/quality process challenges and recommend solutions to leadership.

Learn from leaders through exposure to APG’s expertise and career development.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across North America.

Own projects, make decisions, and add to your resume.

Job Requirements

Desire to be challenged with real-world projects.

Current college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, architectural engineering, quality or quality control, or manufacturing management.

Solid, demonstrated work ethic.

Ability to contribute well on a team or independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.

Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Compensation

$20-$25 per hour.
