We’re looking for a highly talented Graphic Designer with great creativity and Figma skills to support our Client Relationship Growth team within the LATAM market.

Key responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and execution of visual assets for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to produce design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain and organize design files, ensuring easy access and consistency across projects.
Adapt and optimize designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and vision.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
Assist with photo editing, typography, and layout adjustments as needed.
Create and edit audiovisual content and GIFs for social media, marketing campaigns, and web use.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
1-2 years of experience in creative or marketing teams, ideally in corporate settings. Experience in fintech is highly advantageous.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in creating and editing video content and GIFs using video editing tools.
Experience with 3D design and modeling software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration, you’re a team player who can cross-work with different teams.
Additional digital marketing skills are advantageous.
