Manager Marketing Operations

Job Overview
HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to oversee branding operations and project management to drive on-site count growth. The role includes managing both branding and de-branding, ensuring continuous improvement for a seamless customer experience from contract execution to branding completion.

Job Duties

Oversees and outlines Key Performance indicators for Project Management, Vendors, and Contractors.

Serves as point-of-contact and liaison for brand and imaging process for contractors and vendors.

Manages scope of work process and completion of required site upgrades to meet site branding standards.

Oversees the development, monitoring and reporting of progress on branding projects toward fulfillment of annual and long-term branding targets.

Leads and partners with analytics to drive reporting functionality through PowerBi.

Manages Marketing’s capital outlay including accruals, forecasting, and actuals to ensure accuracy and compliance within budget constraints.

Partners with business development to ensure smooth transitions of joint venture projects.

Drives continuous improvement of the branding process, including reducing the net time to brand.

Manages Marketing’s Salesforce system including improvements and automation to drive ease of doing business.

Partners with Merchant Services to streamline credit card onboarding and capture earlier margin.

Drives the creation and adoption of Marketing operation policies and procedures in accordance with company policies.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Education Level
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Preferred: Master’s Degree in business or a related field.

Required Skills
Ability to perform high-level assignments for the marketing department; working knowledge of Microsoft products, advanced multi-tasking, conflict resolution, strong organizational skills, leadership, negotiation, effective written and verbal communication, and advanced mathematical calculations.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
Direct supervision of 3–5 Marketing Operations staff.

Work Conditions
Office-based with up to 33% travel by land and air; subject to varying road and weather conditions.
