We’re seeking a Marketing Director to support a leave of absence, leading global social media strategy, executive communications, and paid/organic campaign execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive strategy while executing across channels and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
The hiring manager is prioritizing candidates with strong B2B marketing experience, deep Sprinklr expertise, employee advocacy programs, and proven paid LinkedIn strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and elevate brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and YouTube
- Own and manage the editorial calendar, aligning content to business priorities and brand voice
- Provide governance by reviewing and approving inbound content requests
- Monitor channels, engage audiences, and manage/escalate real-time issues
Executive Communications
- Develop and ghostwrite LinkedIn content for C-suite executives and senior leaders
- Own executive content strategy, approvals, and publishing cadence
- Advise leadership on thought leadership positioning and social presence
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (High Priority)
- Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution, with a strong focus on LinkedIn campaigns
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
- Manage audience targeting, creative strategy, budgets, and performance optimization
- Continuously refine campaigns based on performance insights
Employee Advocacy (High Priority)
- Lead and expand employee advocacy initiatives to increase brand reach and engagement
- Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and content participation
Analytics & Performance
- Oversee reporting for organic and paid campaigns
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Present performance summaries to stakeholders and leadership
Stakeholder Leadership
- Partner across marketing, communications, and executive teams globally
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Lead stakeholder meetings, content planning sessions, and team alignment
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
- Strong B2B marketing and social media experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with Sprinklr (publishing, analytics, listening, community management)
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and executive communications
- Demonstrated success in paid social strategy and execution, especially on LinkedIn
- Experience building or leading employee advocacy programs
