An established Insurance Agency in the Boulder / Denver area is seeking a Player-Coach Commercial Lines Sales Leader. Ideally someone to grow their own book while mentoring and developing a sales team. This is a great opportunity for a proven Producer looking to step into leadership, or an early-stage leader who still wants to be in the field.The agency has a collaborative team with strong P&C experience that's looking to grow their commercial book, and is an ideal role for someone looking to build something.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive commercial insurance salesDevelop and mentor existing producers, with a focus in commercial linesRecruit and attract local sales talentFoster a high-performing sales culture built on accountability and collaboration.Create structured sales process and pipeline disciplineStrengthen technical knowledge across the sales teamWork closely with leadership and operationsQUALIFICATIONS:Active P&C license10+ years of experienceMiddle-market account experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEstablished carrier and market relationships in the Colorado regionCOMPENSATIONBase salary + bonuses based on agency's profitabilityEquity participationProducer Contest, Trips, President's Club Events
