Commercial Lines P&C Sales Leader

An established Insurance Agency in the Boulder / Denver area is seeking a Player-Coach Commercial Lines Sales Leader. Ideally someone to grow their own book while mentoring and developing a sales team. This is a great opportunity for a proven Producer looking to step into leadership, or an early-stage leader who still wants to be in the field.
The agency has a collaborative team with strong P&C experience that’s looking to grow their commercial book, and is an ideal role for someone looking to build something.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive commercial insurance sales
Develop and mentor existing producers, with a focus in commercial lines
Recruit and attract local sales talent
Foster a high-performing sales culture built on accountability and collaboration.
Create structured sales process and pipeline discipline
Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
Work closely with leadership and operations
QUALIFICATIONS: Active P&C license
10+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Established carrier and market relationships in the Colorado region
COMPENSATION Base salary + bonuses based on agency’s profitability
Equity participation
