Brand Marketing Coordinator
As a Field Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in how our brands show up across the New Jersey market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong, consistent voice across multiple brands while executing marketing initiatives across social media, email, events, and in-store activations.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position for someone who is equally creative and organized and isn’t afraid to be in the field making things happen. This role requires regular travel to retail locations throughout New Jersey to support brand presence, build relationships, and drive engagement.

This position is designed with growth in mind, with the potential to develop into a future marketing leadership role based on performance and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Content & Email Marketing

Manage and create content across social media platforms on a consistent and strategic schedule

Partner with the Sales team to build, execute, and deploy email marketing campaigns

Events, Activations & Trainings

Plan, manage, and execute events, trainings, and in‑store activations

Execute activations such as raffles, giveaways, and branded experiences that drive traffic and brand awareness

In-Store Brand Presence

Regularly visit retail locations to build relationships and maintain a strong brand presence

Ensure product displays, merchandising, and brand materials meet company standards

Identify opportunities to strengthen in‑store visibility and overall brand positioning

Execute custom branding initiatives such as ATM wraps, door takeovers, and other in‑store placements

Ensure all signage, menus, and marketing materials are current, accurate, and on‑brand

Brand & Merchandise Management

Manage branded materials, promotional items, and merchandise

Order, track, and maintain inventory of swag and giveaway items

Develop creative and memorable takeaways for both budtenders and consumers

Relationships & Community

Build and maintain relationships with retail teams, partners, and the local community

Identify opportunities to expand brand presence beyond retail locations

Reporting & Budget Support

Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide insight into what is working and where improvements can be made

Gather feedback from store teams and customers and communicate insights to leadership

Support budget tracking for events, materials, and activations

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life

Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Perform other duties as needed to support company goals

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered

2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, retail marketing, or field marketing required

Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for multiple platforms (Instagram, etc.)

Experience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Dutchie, or similar platforms)

Experience planning and executing events, activations, or in‑store promotions strongly preferred

Prior experience in retail, cannabis, CPG, or hospitality environments preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through

Comfortable working in the field, building relationships, and representing the brand in‑store and in the community

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools, social platforms, and basic reporting metrics

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
