Brand Marketing CoordinatorAs a Field Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in how our brands show up across the New Jersey market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong, consistent voice across multiple brands while executing marketing initiatives across social media, email, events, and in-store activations.This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position for someone who is equally creative and organized and isn't afraid to be in the field making things happen. This role requires regular travel to retail locations throughout New Jersey to support brand presence, build relationships, and drive engagement.This position is designed with growth in mind, with the potential to develop into a future marketing leadership role based on performance and business needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent & Email MarketingManage and create content across social media platforms on a consistent and strategic schedulePartner with the Sales team to build, execute, and deploy email marketing campaignsEvents, Activations & TrainingsPlan, manage, and execute events, trainings, and in‑store activationsExecute activations such as raffles, giveaways, and branded experiences that drive traffic and brand awarenessIn-Store Brand PresenceRegularly visit retail locations to build relationships and maintain a strong brand presenceEnsure product displays, merchandising, and brand materials meet company standardsIdentify opportunities to strengthen in‑store visibility and overall brand positioningExecute custom branding initiatives such as ATM wraps, door takeovers, and other in‑store placementsEnsure all signage, menus, and marketing materials are current, accurate, and on‑brandBrand & Merchandise ManagementManage branded materials, promotional items, and merchandiseOrder, track, and maintain inventory of swag and giveaway itemsDevelop creative and memorable takeaways for both budtenders and consumersRelationships & CommunityBuild and maintain relationships with retail teams, partners, and the local communityIdentify opportunities to expand brand presence beyond retail locationsReporting & Budget SupportTrack performance of marketing initiatives and provide insight into what is working and where improvements can be madeGather feedback from store teams and customers and communicate insights to leadershipSupport budget tracking for events, materials, and activationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to lifeMaintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpointsPerform other duties as needed to support company goalsBENEFITSJustice Cannabis is proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well‑being, and work‑life balance of our team members.Full‑time team members are eligible for a robust benefits program that includes:Accrual of 13 days of paid time off (PTO) annuallyAccrual of up to 40 hours of paid sick time per yearTwo floating holidaysNine paid company holidaysVeterans Day as a paid holiday for veteransFull‑time team members also have access to:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage offered under Tier 1 benefits at Tier 2 contribution ratesCompany‑paid short‑term disability insuranceCompany‑paid life insuranceThe option to purchase long‑term disability coverageEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, retail marketing, or field marketing requiredExperience managing social media accounts and creating content for multiple platforms (Instagram, etc.)Experience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Dutchie, or similar platforms)Experience planning and executing events, activations, or in‑store promotions strongly preferredPrior experience in retail, cannabis, CPG, or hospitality environments preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑throughComfortable working in the field, building relationships, and representing the brand in‑store and in the communityProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools, social platforms, and basic reporting metricsValid driver's license and ability to travel regularlyEOEJustice Cannabis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
