Podcast Assistant Producer - Based In Las Vegas

JXL Worldwide is a digital media agency based in Las Vegas. We currently manage YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels with over 1 million followers for local Vegas influencers.

Role Description
This is an entry level part-time hybrid role, with opportunity to work at home for research, with onsite meeting every one to two weeks to coordinate podcast production.

You will assist with the production of podcast episodes, including managing pre‑production, recording sessions, editing, and post‑production workflows.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hosts and guests, researching topics, developing content outlines, and ensuring high broadcast‑quality standards. Assist in gathering interesting and timely news and events around Vegas that would be of interest to discuss.

Must be comfortable handling mature content as we cover all the Vegas vices.

Qualifications

Content development and research skills for creating engaging content outlines.

Ideally has video and audio recording, editing, and post‑production skills.

Strong organizational skills to handle schedules, coordinate guests, and maintain production timelines.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with hosts, guests, and team members effectively.

Familiarity with podcasting trends, social media promotion, and content distribution platforms is a plus.
