Role Description
The Associate Producer is an part‑time entry level contract role. You will help launch a new Vegas‑based podcast by supporting the end‑to‑end production process, from pre‑production planning through post‑production delivery.
This contract role is hybrid, with primary work based in Las Vegas, NV and some tasks performed from home. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating recording schedules, assisting with episode planning and scripting, preparing show outlines and guest briefs, and managing logistics for in‑studio and remote recordings.
The Associate Producer will help oversee audio capture, work with editors on post‑production, ensure episodes meet quality standards and deadlines, and collaborate with hosts and production staff to refine show format and storytelling. Additional duties may include basic research on topics and guests, tracking production timelines, organizing digital assets, and supporting promotional efforts related to each episode.
