Korn Ferry is seeking a highly creative, commercially minded Multimedia Motion Designer to join our growing multimedia team. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling instincts, a passion for visual communication, and the ability to transform complex ideas into compelling multimedia content.
You will play a key role in developing engaging video and motion content across multiple channels, including social media, website experiences, digital campaigns, and broadcast advertising. Working closely with the creative and social media teams, you will take projects from concept through to delivery, producing high‑quality content that resonates with senior leaders, organizations, and talent professionals globally.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of a wider creative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Storytelling
Transform complex topics — including leadership, organizational strategy, talent, assessment, reward, and culture — into clear, engaging, and visually impactful content.
Develop and produce high‑quality motion graphics and multimedia assets from concept through to final delivery.
Create social‑first content tailored to platform best‑practices and audience engagement objectives.
Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute compelling visual narratives.
Work closely with internal teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective multimedia solutions.
Utilize industry‑standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite to bring ideas to life.
Support video shoots and content capture when required, either independently or alongside larger production teams.
Edit video footage into polished, engaging content with strong pacing, structure, and storytelling.
Stay informed on emerging creative trends, motion design techniques, platform developments, and AI‑enabled workflows to continuously evolve creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools, techniques, and technologies where required.
Editing
Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and website channels.
Ensure all published content aligns with Korn Ferry’s brand standards, tone of voice, and channel‑specific best practices.
Social Media & Performance Optimization
Understand platform‑specific audience behaviours and optimize content accordingly.
Monitor social and creative trends to proactively identify new formats, ideas, and opportunities for audience engagement.
Contribute ideas that improve content performance, visibility, and engagement across digital channels.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience creating multimedia content end‑to‑end, from concept development through to creation, editing and delivery.
Strong storytelling ability with excellent editorial judgement.
High proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and capturing content.
Experience filming content using smartphones, DSLR cameras, or lightweight production setups.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content optimisation, particularly LinkedIn.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex business concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Software & Technical Skills
Adobe Illustrator
Capturing content in small and large production environments
Familiarity with AI‑powered creative and content‑generation tools
Experience in motion graphics and advanced animation techniques.
Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is advantageous.
Experience creating content for professional services, B2B organisations, or executive‑level audiences.
EDUCATION
Multimedia degree is preferred.

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
