Drive Membership & Training Success
Confidently present membership options and club services
Overcome objections by educating and consulting, not pressuring
Promote club initiatives, technology, and coaching programs
Sell memberships, personal training, and retail products
Follow Up & Support
Reach out to leads from online inquiries and walk-ins
Follow up with members who haven’t been in recently
Contact members with billing or account issues to help resolve them

Create an Exceptional Club Experience
Keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming
Restock, wipe down, and detail equipment and common areas
