Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment and a passion for coaching, developing talent, and driving performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a natural leader and motivator whose passion for sales is matched by their ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team to consistently achieve goals.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
Shift: First.
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM.
Education: Associate.

Responsibilities

Leading the day-to-day success and productivity of an inside phone sales team

Working closely with sales leadership and management teams to implement proven sales strategies and processes

Training, coaching, and developing sales talent through ongoing mentorship, call reviews, role-playing, and performance management

Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure team goals and sales targets are achieved

Assisting with onboarding and continued development of new and existing sales representatives

Reviewing CRM activity, pipeline management, talk time, and overall team performance metrics

Helping create a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
