Content Developer

Opportunity
Writes and edits technical documentation, user manuals and sales and training literature. Applies specific functional knowledge with working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Qualifications

Experience with Atlassian Software products such as JIRA, Confluence, or Service Desk

Knowledge of Cybersecurity SIEM including Splunk and Elastic

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have

Splunk Core Power User Certification

ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM) Certification

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification

Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation
Projected salary range: $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This range is based on location, education, experience, and other factors.

Work Model
Remote: Position may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.

Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently; may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.

Onsite: Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
