Content Developer

Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature. Apply specific functional knowledge with working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Qualifications

Experience with Atlassian Software products such as JIRA, Confluence, or Service Desk
Knowledge of Cybersecurity SIEM including Splunk and Elastic
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerBI, Power App, and Power Automate
Bachelor’s degree
TS/SCI clearance
Nice to Have

Splunk Core Power User Certification
ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM) Certification
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
Compensation

Projected compensation range: $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
