Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of products from concept through launch. You'll work closely with leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create value for both customers and the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs and business priorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products and enhancements.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Prioritize product features using data, business impact, and customer insights.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative remote work environment.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, or insurance.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
