What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Speak with veterans across the country to understand their financial goals
- Present customized mortgage solutions over the phone
- Manage and work a pipeline of qualified leads
- Guide clients through the loan process from initial conversation to closing
- Build strong relationships with internal teams including processors and underwriters
What You’ll Earn
- A competitive compensation package, including annualized $60,000 base pay plus uncapped commission
- Top performers earn significantly more based on production and performance

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or graduating with a Bachelor’s degree this year)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed

- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
