Senior Account Manager – Colorado Territory: Colorado. Candidate should reside in the Denver metro area.
Join the team behind iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly‑Clark Professional®. Role focuses on delivering better care for billions of people worldwide through meeting key financial targets and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities Drive regional strategy and achieve financial and sales goals for Kleenex®, Scott®, Cottonelle®, and WypAll® towel, tissue, and manufactured wipe products.
Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual prospecting to identify and engage large end‑users and distribution partners.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with distribution partners and end‑user customers, understanding their business needs and buying behavior.
Utilize digital technology (video, AI, social media platforms) to generate leads and support sales activities.
Collaborate with Distribution Management and DSRs to initiate or build relationships with potential end‑user customers, working jointly to close sales.
Execute annual business plans to maximize top‑line and bottom‑line growth, including volume, market share, and profit objectives.
Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and meet sales financial and activity targets.
Continuously improve prospecting and selling skills, including Challenger methodology, and develop expertise in relevant industry verticals.
Coordinate marketing insights, digital prospecting techniques, and centrally developed lead campaigns to generate opportunities.
Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of outside or inside sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and pipeline management tools.
Experience using digital, virtual, or social selling platforms.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60% locally and 15% overnight.
Ability to work consistently in the field, calling on distributor partners and end‑user customers.

Compensation Salary Range: 88,100 – 108,900 USD (US locations only). Actual pay depends on location and experience.
