Job Description
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to presentations, negotiations, and closing deals—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

What You Will Do

Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations

Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions

Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities

Develop relationships with partners, industry communities, and referral sources

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Who You Are
You are more than a salesperson—you are a trusted advisor who understands that credibility, expertise, and problem-solving are the foundation of successful customer relationships.

You may have experience in:

E-commerce

Tax compliance

Logistics and supply chain

B2B services

Or you have successfully sold solutions into these industries.

You are someone who can attend an industry event or trade show, meet prospective customers, and quickly establish trust by understanding their business challenges and offering meaningful solutions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently

A self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Experience generating your own pipeline through networking, partnerships, referrals, events, and outbound outreach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Expect to spend approximately:

70% of your time on sales activities

30% of your time on pipeline generation, partnerships, community engagement, and growth initiatives

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 per year, plus monthly commissions and performance bonuses based on KPI attainment

Bonus structure: A performance-based bonus program is being developed to reward lead generation and sales contributions.
