Total Rewards & Compliance Strategist

Rally House is seeking a Total Rewards & Compliance Manager to oversee the development and administration of its total rewards program. This role ensures regulatory compliance across various benefits such as compensation and leave for the Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business with 7–10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
