$21-$24/hour , based on experience
Up to $2,000 annual Christmas bonus

What You'll Do
Support customers before, during, and after their move
Handle questions, issues, and follow-ups with care and confidence
Work closely with dispatch and drivers to keep moves running smoothly
Identify upsell opportunities when it makes sense
Assist with customer claims and escalations
Use CRM tools to stay organized and on top of details
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have a hospitality or service background
Stay calm under pressure and enjoy problem-solving
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are self-motivated and dependable
Can work weekends
Speak English (Spanish is a plus)
