Vice President, Growth Strategy & Donor Relations
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Growth, Strategy, and Donor Relations to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be the chief architect of the donor experience, with a focus on strategic philanthropy and campaign management. This includes driving the enterprise‑wide engagement strategy, orchestrating the strategic roadmap for a significant capital campaign, and governing a portfolio of principal relationships.

The role demands a sophisticated leader with a proven track record in nonprofit development, capable of deepening multi‑dimensional relationships with institutional, corporate, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth partners. The Vice President will also be responsible for creating high‑touch stewardship models, overseeing the production of impactful narratives, and ensuring that all strategic initiatives are centered in equity, justice, and systemic change.

Qualifications:

12–15 years of experience in nonprofit development and senior leadership.

Strong background in securing sponsorships and investments at the $5 million+ scale.

Mastery of storytelling and communication.

Exceptional operational and project governance skills.

Ability to operate as an enterprise leader and build consensus across departments.

Commitment to the mission of the organization.

Experience in team management, organizational integration, and strategic approach to engagement.
