Overview

You will lead a team of professional product specialists to shape solutions that attract new business to UMB. The Commercial Relationship Manager plays a direct role in the bank’s earning potential by engaging and building relationships with business owners, CFOs, CEOs, controllers, and other decision makers.
Responsibilities

Build your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business.
Engage and lead team members to identify additional products and services that benefit clients.
Collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs.
Analyze client businesses to qualify them for bank products and services.
Qualifications

2 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Curiosity about how companies operate and what helps them succeed.
Growth mindset and desire to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.
Compensation

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $83,810 - $131,550
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $76,520 - $120,210
US Employees in all other states: $69,230 - $109,120
These ranges represent a good faith estimate and actual compensation may vary by location, experience, and other factors.
