Loyalty Account Executive
Position: Loyalty Account Executive (US/LATAM) at Scenic Group, Hollywood, FL corporate office.

Responsibilities

Coordination of Loyalty Program Initiatives:

Communicate updates to the loyalty programs for the US & LATAM markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall marketing strategies.

Customer Engagement Strategies & Event Coordination:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, including exclusive events, personalized offers, and targeted promotions.

Organize and travel to loyalty events around the country to engage loyalty members.

Manage budget for events, purchase ordering and oversee invoice processing.

Provide post-event reporting.

Communications and Reporting:

Create compelling content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials, to communicate loyalty program benefits and updates.

Assist with CRM data collection.

Craft engaging and personalized communication to nurture customer relationships and drive program participation.

Answer inquiries and resolve issues from Contact Center and loyalty guests.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and contact center teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to optimize program performance and explore new opportunities.

Utilize CRM data tools to measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing and leadership team.

Identify opportunities for improvement based on customer behavior and feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1-2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Prior event experience (planning & executing) highly preferred.

Excellent presentation, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented, organized and concise.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ensuring regulatory or brand compliance deadlines are met.
