Talent & Culture Manager

Hotel Jerome, Auberge Collection – located in Aspen, seeks a Talent & Culture Specialist to be the driver of talent and culture initiatives, ensuring training and standards of excellence for the team.

Responsibilities

Be the “go-to” person for the team members

Maintain and update HR processes and procedures, including compliance and team communications, collaborating with all department leaders to ensure policies and protocols are followed

Support all department leaders in procedures, payroll, staffing, communications, team concerns, and questions

Recruit for all positions by placing recruitment ads on internal/external job boards and assisting in distributing candidate information and writing job offers

Liaise with partners for J1 Visas to ensure all applications are submitted properly

Support the team member housing program including data entry of rent, move‑in/out, inspections and inventory

Maintain accurate employee records and update processes as needed to maintain compliance

Maintain and create new team member recognition programs

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in Talent and Culture experience

Hotel experience preferred

Bilingual preferred

Compensation
$75,000–$85,000 per year.
