Account Specialist

As an Account Specialist at VF, you partner with a brand’s sales representatives to manage accounts and their order base, providing customer service support throughout order processing.
Responsibilities

Efficiently manage an assigned orderbook by entering, revising, and releasing orders.
Provide order entry support for other team members when appropriate.
Offer product specification and availability information, helping customers with order selection.
Assist customers, sales representatives, and colleagues with inquiries and complex issue resolution.
Pinpoint and investigate product or service issues and communicate solutions to business partners.
Process return authorizations and credits, ensuring accurate invoicing for purchase orders.
Maintain professional phone etiquette on the departmental queue and answer inbound calls.
Support day‑to‑day departmental activities and assist with special projects such as customer follow‑up, training support, or triage of complaints.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing or order management role.
Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cooperatively across the organization and build trust.
Self‑starter with a proactive working style.
Location: fully remote; ideal candidate resides in Wisconsin.
Compensation

Hiring Range: $16.80 – $21.00 per hour. Eligible for a separate incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission.
