The Inside Track is looking for a sales-focused Account Manager who thrives on

closing estimates and hitting monthly sales targets .
This is not a passive account management role. You will be responsible for

owning estimates from quote to delivery

and turning opportunities into revenue.

Compensation

Base Salary:

$60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
Monthly bonus:

Uncapped (paid on closed business)
What You Will Do

Create and send

flooring estimates

to clients in the trade show industry
Own and manage your pipeline

of open estimates
Proactively

follow up and close estimates
Communicate with clients via phone and email to move projects forward
Identify additional opportunities within their organization
Coordinate internally with our operations and production team to ensure a smooth customer experience after the sale
Track activity in Salesforce

Hitting or exceeding

monthly sales targets
Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
Building relationships that drive

repeat business
Who We Are Looking For

Sales-minded person with a strong desire to provide a great customer experience
Persistent and proactive—you don’t let opportunities sit
Strong communicator who is comfortable

asking for the order
Highly organized and able to manage multiple quotes at once
Qualifications

5+ years in sales or account management
CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
Trade show, events, or building industry experience is a bonus
