Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Sales Manager to grow and maintain our network of real estate professionals. This role focuses on developing partnerships with realtors, lenders, and industry professionals to drive new business and expand North Title’s presence in the market.

This is a highly relationship-based sales role: ideal for someone who thrives on networking, face-to-face interactions, and being a visible presence in the real estate community.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and builders

Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market

Promote North Title’s services and value proposition to industry partners

Attend networking events, open houses, and industry functions to generate leads

Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Collaborate with escrow officers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service

Track pipeline activity and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, title, mortgage, or related fields

Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process (preferred)

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

Self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability

Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
