Full‑time outside sales role focused on building referral relationships across South Florida’s tri‑county market: Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Role depends on relationship‑building, in‑person visits, networking, and consistent visibility with Realtors, lenders, brokers, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
Professional Title & Closing Services operates statewide and supports title and closing transactions throughout all of Florida.

We handle in‑person, hybrid, and fully remote closings, including Remote Online Notarization for out‑of‑state and international clients. We also support 1031 exchange coordination, FIRPTA filings, entity formations including LLCs and corporations, insurance coordination, legal flips, simultaneous closings, and sophisticated commercial transactions.
In South Florida’s international and investor‑heavy market, we also bring real depth on compliance issues that matter, including Corporate Transparency Act reporting, SB 264 foreign‑ownership requirements, FIRPTA withholding, wire fraud prevention, and statewide property alert services.

The Role
Field‑based outside sales role for a relationship‑driven producer.
Build referral relationships primarily in Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, while generating title and closing business for transactions anywhere in Florida.
Not an inside administrative role, nor a passive account‑management role. Looking for someone comfortable prospecting, networking, making office visits, attending industry events, following up consistently, and asking for business.
What You’ll Do
Build new referral relationships with Realtors, mortgage lenders, brokers, builders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
Generate title and closing business for purchases, refinances, investor transactions, and commercial transactions throughout Florida.
Stay active in the local South Florida market through office visits, broker opens, networking events, and referral‑partner meetings.
Present a broader value story beyond standard title services, including Qualia‑powered online ordering, instant title quotes and net sheets, secure file access, remote closings, RON, 1031 coordination, FIRPTA filings, entity formations, legal flips, simultaneous closings, commercial transaction support, insurance coordination, and compliance knowledge.
Track leads, referral sources, opportunities, and follow‑up activity.
Work closely with our closing team to support the relationships you bring in after the handoff.
Help referral partners look good by placing business with a team built for communication, secure tools, and clean execution.

Qualifications
Sales or business‑development experience in title, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or a related field.
Existing referral relationships in Miami‑Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach are a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of residential or commercial real estate closings, purchases, or refinances.
Comfortable prospecting, networking, making office visits, following up, and asking for business.
Professional, organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using CRM, email, spreadsheets, and common sales tools.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus given South Florida’s international market.
Compensation
Commission plus draw. Structure is designed for a motivated sales professional who wants to build a long‑term referral book. Specific details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
