Interim Leader of CVOR Needed in Madison! Now offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus!
The Position
An Interim Leader of CVOR is needed to provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Key responsibilities include assessing current operations, mentoring a developing director, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols while managing change initiatives across the department.
The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor emerging leaders and successfully implement change in complex environments. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements
BNS required.
Active RN license required.
Previous CVOR leadership experience with demonstrated success in cardiovascular services and change management is required.

Pay Details
Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
