Interim Leader of CVOR – $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus
Start date: ASAP. Pay Rate: $165,000.00 – $175,000.00 annually.
Position
Provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services.
Report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Assess current operations, mentor a developing director, drive process improvements, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and manage change initiatives across the department.
Strong CVOR leadership experience with proven ability to mentor emerging leaders and implement change in complex environments.
Highly organized, patient‑focused, adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
BNS (Bachelor of Nursing) required.
Active RN license required.
Previous CVOR leadership experience with demonstrated success in cardiovascular services and change management.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $165,000 – $175,000 annually based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
Compensation may be adjusted after Fair Market Value evaluation and may include additional rewards.
Comprehensive benefits package may include health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, and retirement benefits, depending on the role and duration.
Travel and accommodation requirements for interim positions are covered by the client or the staffing partner.
