Interim Leader of CVOR Needed in Madison
The Position
Provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, assess current operations, mentor a developing director, drive process improvements, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and manage change initiatives across the department. Demonstrate strong CVOR leadership experience and the ability to mentor emerging leaders and implement change in complex environments.

Requirements
BNS required. Active RN license required. Previous CVOR leadership experience with demonstrated success in cardiovascular services and change management is required.

Pay Details
Pay Range: $165,000 – $175,000 annually. Compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Eligible candidates may receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D, and a flexible spending account. Some positions may offer travel support and other benefits depending on the specific role.
