Interim Leader of CVOR needed in Madison. Offering a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
Start Date: ASAP. Pay Range: $165,000 – $175,000 annually.
The Position
Provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services.
Report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Assess current operations, mentor a developing director, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols while managing change initiatives across the department.
Require strong CVOR leadership experience, proven ability to mentor emerging leaders, and successful implementation of change in complex environments.
Highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are critical.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Role includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
Requirements
BNS required.
Active RN license required.
Previous CVOR leadership experience with demonstrated success in cardiovascular services and change management is required.

Pay Details
Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
Listed base compensation range represents a good‑faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
