As a Digital Account Strategist, you will be a key collaborative partner for our clients, helping them navigate their business goals through the lens of thoughtful digital strategy. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys the process of understanding a client’s unique needs—especially within the industrial manufacturing sector—and translating them into clear, effective marketing roadmaps. Client Relationship & Partnership
Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships. You aren’t just a point of contact; you are a partner who understands their business as well as they do.
Negotiate campaign details and budgets with a focus on mutual success, ensuring the client feels heard while defending the integrity of the agency’s work.
Lead presentations and “sell” the vision, confidently defending strategic choices and securing buy-in for bold, new initiatives.
Strategic Architecture & Vision
Take our clients’ business needs (e.g., “We need to capture the aerospace market”) and reverse-engineer them into a comprehensive digital strategy.
Stay ahead of online behaviors and emerging tech to recommend and incorporate opportunities that keep our industrial clients competitive.
Continuously audit the effectiveness of campaigns, translating data into a narrative that proves ROI and informs the next phase of growth.
Act as the “connective tissue” between the client and our internal specialists, ensuring everyone is aligned with the overarching vision.
Drive the strategy from ideation to launch. You are responsible for ensuring that the “big ideas” don’t get lost in translation and are delivered on time and on budget through precision project management.
Facilitate internal cross-departmental workshops for client teams to ensure our digital channels are working in a unified fashion.

Leadership experience (project management, team management)
2+ Years experience in executing digital marketing channels and/or developing omni-channel marketing strategies
Experience with creating multi-channel marketing strategies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Creative thinker and data-driven
In this hybrid role, you’ll have the opportunity to exercise a high level of autonomy and self-direction. Employees who are working remotely are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours. In addition, employees working under a remote working arrangement may be expected to come on-site for periodic meetings and interactions with clients, management, or other work-related needs.
